It’s July .. and the garden is blooming .. the flowers are so very fragrant, and the veggies are growing. Life is good.
A perfect summer day is when,
the sun is shining, the breeze is blowing,
the birds are singing, and the lawn mower is broken.

An article in Perfume & Flavorist:
Fragrance Futurology ~
‘Inspired by farmers’ markets, more consumers will actively seed out direct-to-source operations,
Preferring to buy rose oil as raw and pure as possible from the hands that made it.’
‘Farm to bottle’ is the obvious evolution of today’s global appetite for perfumery naturals.
Watch out for some of the supply chain subtleties so you don’t get left behind.
Saying that, with my 21 years in the essential oil trade, I have developed relationships with my growers, suppliers.
SunRose brings these precious materials to you from the country of origin, and ensuring high quality materials for our customer base.
Please remember when purchasing essential oils that the information on the bottle should have:
– Botanical Name
– country of origin
– Method of Cultivation
– Method of Extraction
– Plant Material used
It is so very important to know the Botanical name and country or origin. ie :
– Cedarwood Altas Cedrus atlantica Morocco
– Cedarwood Himalaya Cedrus deodora Himalaya
– Cedarwood Virginiana Juniperus virginiana USA
The Botanical name is the ‘finger print’ so to speak. Country of Origin will dictate the scent.
So please be sure you know what material you are buying and all the information so that when you want to purchase it again, you ask for the correct materials.
The summer night is like a perfection of thought.
